Membership Agreement

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

This Membership Agreement ("the Agreement") has been concluded between the parties whose details appear below:

The parties agree to comply with the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties while the Member benefits from the services, content and advantages offered through the site as a member.

ARTICLE 3 – MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION

• Membership application is completed when the Member fills in all required fields on the website and completes the registration process.
• The Member declares that the information provided during application is accurate, complete and up to date. In case of false or misleading information, the site has the right to refuse or cancel the membership.
• If the Member is under 18, they must register with the consent of their legal representative.

ARTICLE 4 – MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Member is obliged to keep their username and password confidential and may not share them with third parties.
• The site accepts no responsibility in case of misuse of the password.
• The Member agrees to comply with the applicable legislation, the site rules and the rules of good faith while using the site.
• The Member may not share software or content that could harm the site and may not infringe copyrights.
• The Member may use content obtained through the site for personal use only; otherwise the Member is responsible.

ARTICLE 5 – SITE RESPONSIBILITIES

• The site takes care to provide membership services in an uninterrupted and secure manner.
• The site protects the confidentiality of the personal information shared by the Member under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
• The site has limited liability for service disruptions caused by technical faults, force majeure or third-party sources.
• The site has the right to amend the terms of the agreement; changes are notified to the Member via the site or by e-mail.

ARTICLE 6 – TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

• The Member may terminate their membership at any time by giving written or electronic notice to the site.
• The site may unilaterally terminate the membership if the Member acts contrary to the provisions of this Agreement.
• Upon termination of membership, the Member loses the rights to access the site and use the services.

ARTICLE 7 – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

• The Member's personal data is processed under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and used only for providing the service, order processes and customer relations.
• The Member is deemed to have consented to the processing of the personal data provided during membership.

ARTICLE 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, software and visual material belonging to the site are owned by Ülker Sofuoğlu; unauthorized use, copying, distribution or reproduction by the Member is prohibited.

ARTICLE 9 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply to disputes that may arise from this Agreement.
• The competent courts and enforcement offices are the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Sarıyer).
• The Member may submit complaints and requests via the site or through the contact details given above.

ARTICLE 10 – ENTRY INTO FORCE

• This Agreement enters into force upon the Member registering on the site and giving consent electronically.
• The Member declares that they have read, understood and accepted all the terms of the Agreement.
