Distance Sales Agreement

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

This Distance Sales Agreement ("the Agreement") has been concluded between the parties whose details appear below:

The parties agree to comply with the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT

In accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, this Agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties concerning the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the buyer via the seller's website.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT AND SALES TERMS

• The buyer may purchase the products specified in this Agreement by ordering through the website.
• The features, prices and delivery conditions of the products are communicated to the buyer at the ordering stage.
• After the order is confirmed, the products are dispatched within 1–3 business days for delivery to the address specified by the buyer.
• Unless otherwise stated, the shipping fee is payable by the buyer and is clearly indicated during the order.

ARTICLE 4 – PAYMENT TERMS

• During the order, the buyer may pay by credit card, bank transfer/EFT or other online payment methods.
• Once payment is completed, the order is confirmed and processed.

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• The buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
• To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the seller in writing or through a permanent data storage medium.
• When the right of withdrawal is used, the product must be returned to the seller within 10 (ten) days at the latest.
• Products to be returned must be unused, with undamaged packaging and in resalable condition; otherwise the return is not accepted.
• Following the arrival of the returned product to the seller, the product price is refunded to the buyer within 14 (fourteen) days.

ARTICLE 6 – RETURN AND DELIVERY TERMS

• Products are delivered to the address specified by the buyer during the order.
• If damage or a shortage is detected after receipt, the buyer must notify the seller within 2 business days; otherwise the product is deemed to have been delivered complete and intact.
• If the product is out of stock or cannot be supplied due to force majeure, the seller informs the buyer and refunds the payment.

ARTICLE 7 – PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

• The buyer's personal data is processed under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
• By shopping via the website, the buyer consents to the use of their personal data within the scope of order processes, delivery and customer relations.

ARTICLE 8 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• For disputes that may arise from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
• The buyer may submit complaints and requests to the seller via the contact details given above.

ARTICLE 9 – ENTRY INTO FORCE

• This Agreement enters into force upon the buyer placing an order via the website and confirming it electronically.
• The buyer declares that they have read, understood and accepted all the terms of this Agreement.
